Uma semana após o primeiro jogo da época em Vigo, a equipa sub-18 anos dos Vikings voltou a defrontar a equipa dos Halcones. O jogo teve lugar na Vikings Arena em Vila do Conde.
O resultado do jogo foi de 8-18 para a equipa dos Halcones, um resultado natural face à diferença que ainda existe entre as equipas.
Os Vikings usaram três pitchers neste jogo (Vasco Cardia, Vítor Martins e Guilherme Magalhães), que têm vindo progressivamente a demonstrar melhorias no seu desempenho.
A equipa esteve neste jogo abaixo do esperado a nível ofensivo já que não conseguiu registar qualquer hit, tendo conseguido pontuar graças a alguns erros dos adversários e às bases por bolas concedidas pelo pitcher suplente dos Halcones.
Em Agosto, os Vikings irão estar envolvidos na organização da Vikings Baseball Summer League 2007, que promete ser novamente a grande festa de Baseball do Verão em Portugal.
Durante os próximos três meses, as diferentes equipas dos Vikings irão preparar e participar no Campeonato Galego de Cadetes e na Taça de Portugal, ao nível sénior.

One week after the first game of the season in Vigo, the Vikings U18 team played again with the Halcones, this time at the Vikings Arena (Vila do Conde, Portugal).
The game ended 8-18, as the Halcones took an easy and natural win, against a weaker Vikings team.
The Vikings used three pitchers in this game (Vasco Cardia, Vítor Martins and Guilherme Magalhães), whose performances are getting better at a steady pace.
The team had, however, a terrible offensive game, with no hits. Only a few walks conceded by the Halcones relief pitcher and some defensive mistakes helped the Vikings lit up the scoreboard.
During the month of August, the Vikings will be organizing the Vikings Baseball Summer League 2007, an event that is already the main Summer Baseball event in Portugal.
Over the next three months, the Vikings’ teams will be preparing and playing the Galicia Cadet Championships and the Portuguese Cup.
